Privacy Policy

Effective August 18, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

This Privacy Policy applies to NGD Enterprises LLC DBA AITS ("AITS," "we," "us"), and to the website at aits.llc and the tools we provide through it.

The short version. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number with anyone for their marketing. We collect what we need to answer you and deliver what you asked for, and nothing else.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the AI Risk Scan, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, business website, email address, phone number, your preferred contact method, and your answers to the assessment questions. Providing this is voluntary.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use Google Analytics for this. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How we use it

To generate and deliver the report or information you requested.
To respond to you and, if you asked us to, follow up about a consultation.
To send the newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To operate, secure, and improve the site.
To meet legal and record-keeping obligations, including consent records.

Text messaging (SMS)

We only text you if you checked the box giving express written consent. Consent is never required to receive a report, use the site, or buy anything from us. When you consent, we record the date, time, and the exact wording you agreed to.

Messages relate to the assessment you requested and any consultation you schedule.
Message frequency varies — typically 2 to 5 messages.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

We never share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing. Text-messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third party except the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages themselves.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the business — website hosting and security, email delivery, a customer relationship management platform, scheduling, and analytics. They may process your information only to perform services for us, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.

AI processing. When you complete the AI Risk Scan, your answers and the resulting scores are sent to a third-party AI provider that generates a short written summary for your report. We do not send your name, email, or phone number for that step.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent for anyone else's marketing.
We do not send you texts you did not explicitly agree to receive.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a business transfer — in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

Retention

We keep assessment submissions and contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Consent records are retained longer where the law requires proof of consent. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, and access to submitted information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Email: unsubscribe using the link in any message.
Text: reply STOP.
Access, correction, or deletion: email us and we will act on it.

If you are a California resident, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and ask us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy we will revise the effective date above. Material changes to how we handle your information will be made clear on this page.
